Job Summary
Driving revenue growth through high-quality customer-focused sales interactions, the full-time Remote Sales Associate will engage inbound customers via phone, email, and chat, guiding them through the purchasing journey while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers through various channels to provide a consultative sales experience and tailored product recommendations
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and identify upselling opportunities to enhance order value
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building trust and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a high-volume sales environment (retail, call center, B2C, etc.)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working in a remote or self-managed environment preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
