Remote Sales Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the internal Sales team, the Remote Sales Associate will develop relationships with prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and contribute to proposal efforts while working in a dynamic remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to progress them into potential clients
• Contribute to proposal efforts by taking ownership of specific content and collaborating with the executive team on marketing activities
• Handle client inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely tracking and prioritization of responses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to quickly learn and understand the asset management business domain and technology components of solutions
• Experience in creating proposals and sales content
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and administrative skills
