Job Summary
A commercial and residential plumbing supplies company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Center Quality Assurance Technician in Newport News.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring and evaluating Inside Sales Center calls and/or emails against established expectations
- Documenting call and/or email quality issues and performance observations for management review
- Identifying and supporting other opportunities for quality improvement across the team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Can follow a well-established and familiar set of job activities and/or job process to solve a problem
- Have recommended procedural changes to improve efficiency of operations
- Developed materials and process documentation to support training
