Job Summary
A leasing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Compensation Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Prepare required monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Administer enrollment events coordination
- Participate in salary surveys and benchmark all jobs
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-3 years experience in compensation analysis
- 1-3 years experience in equity
- Proven proficiency with Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration
- Superior written and oral communication skills
