Job Summary

A digital experience company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Compensation Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing operational support to the Sales Commission Dept. by administering commission calculations
  • Assisting in tracking, researching, communicating and resolving commission calculation-related inquiries
  • Continuous learning and education on how to become an expert sales compensation administrator

Qualifications Include:

  • Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required (Accounting, Finance, or related field)
  • 2+ years of Sales Compensation, Sales Operations or Finance related experience
  • Proven relationship building and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Experienced with Salesforce and Incentive Compensation Tools (Xactly, Callidus Cloud, Sales Cookie, etc.)
