An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Sales Compensation Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Conduct research and data analysis on competitive global compensation programs
  • Administer the monthly calculation and payment of sales incentive compensation for employees
  • Ensure accurate distribution of sales compensation letters to new hires

Qualifications Include:

  • BA/BS in Accounting, Economics, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 2-4 years of related experience in Sales Compensation

  • Communicate with senior management and provide recommendations
