Job Summary
A video chat software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Compensation Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Systems to manage manual processes, corrections, and exceptions on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Maintain monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis
- Work with external and internal auditors on an ongoing basis for SOX commission process and testing
Position Requirements Include:
- BA/BS in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales compensation and knowledge of incentive systems (Xactly Incent preferred, Callidus, Varicent)
- Experience in sales compensation in a professional, and fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze data and create meaningful, understandable models, reports, metrics, and charts
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Google Suite solutions
- Strong quantitative and organizational skills
