Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote Sales CA mpensation Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Calculating, administering and/or coordinating the payment of sales compensation
• Preparing tools to aid in the understanding of the compensation plans and administration
• Drafting sales incentive compensation plan documents and works with the business, legal and Securities Compliance

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience per HR or compensation
• Advance proficiency in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and an aptitude for working with data required
• Project management experience is ideal
