Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Sales CA mpensation Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Calculating, administering and/or coordinating the payment of sales compensation
- Preparing tools to aid in the understanding of the compensation plans and administration
- Drafting sales incentive compensation plan documents and works with the business, legal and Securities Compliance
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience per HR or compensation
- Advance proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and an aptitude for working with data required
- Project management experience is ideal
