Remote Sales Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

A customer experience management platform is in need of a Remote Sales Compensation Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Calculate and manage payouts for all plans
• Perform testing to ensure new plan and/or system enhancements
• Audit and reconcile sales compensation payments

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred
• Experience with Xactly software is a must
• Prior sales compensation experience is needed
• Customer service experience
• Compensation Administration with a focus on Sales Compensation preferred
• Resolve employee questions and problems by interpreting policies and procedures
