Job Summary
A cloud communications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Compensation Design Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing a customized strategy and plan
- Building and maintaining relationships with Sales Management
- Designing and documenting plans and short term incentives
Qualifications for this position include:
- 6+ years of Sales Compensation, Operations or Sales Strategy experience
- 3+ years of leading Incentive Design program management
- Familiarity with Go-to-Market strategies and processes
- Ability to use information to craft sales incentive plans
- Strong analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
