Job Summary
A financial services institution has a current position open for a Remote Sales Compensation Financial Analyst .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and managing relationships across businesses, both within and outside of Prudential Advisors
- Collaborating with internal control partners to ensure adherence to regulatory processes, risk controls, and ongoing monitoring of compensation plans
- Focusing on process improvement, automating processes and reducing exceptions.
