Job Summary
A telecommunications service provider has a current position open for a Remote Sales Compensation Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Project managing annual commissions planning process
- Working with Rev Ops and Finance to prepare quotas based on corporate strategy, calculate rates, accelerators, etc
- Managing monthly commissions process jointly with Finance
Position Requirements Include:
- 5 years of experience.is a Sales Compensation or similar Sales Operations role
- Sales compensation planning, quota management and analysis
- Sales performance and productivity analysis
- Project management skills with experience delivering high quality results in tight deadline environments
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills and comfort engaging with senior leadership
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to develop solutions working with multiple functional teams
