Job Summary

A telecommunications service provider has a current position open for a Remote Sales Compensation Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Project managing annual commissions planning process
  • Working with Rev Ops and Finance to prepare quotas based on corporate strategy, calculate rates, accelerators, etc
  • Managing monthly commissions process jointly with Finance

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5 years of experience.is a Sales Compensation or similar Sales Operations role
  • Sales compensation planning, quota management and analysis
  • Sales performance and productivity analysis
  • Project management skills with experience delivering high quality results in tight deadline environments
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills and comfort engaging with senior leadership
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to develop solutions working with multiple functional teams
