Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Sales Compensation Project Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify program impediments and address including proper escalation to individuals/groups as needed
- Lead effective project / program governance and stakeholder management
- Organize and lead planning activities resulting in the creation of the Sales Compensation design and operations release/program roadmap
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Good knowledge of project management process, project management software tools, templates and management techniques
- Strong business acumen and strong voice of the customer across the program delivery lifecycle
- Successful track record of managing complex programs with multiple milestones and timelines
- Candidates from 3-5 years of experience in strategy, business operations, project/program management and/or change management
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, collaboration and teamwork skills
- Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools
