Job Summary

An aftermarket automotive accessories retailer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Contact Center Supervisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing interactions comparing them to quality standards
  • Interviewing, and selection of new sales agents, performance management and accountability
  • Creating and executing incentives that motivate the sales agents

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 4+ years sales leadership experience in a heavy coaching, and results driven environment
  • 4+ years call center leadership experience in a heavy coaching, and results driven environment
  • Preferred experience effectively improving individual agent, and team performance in a sales environment
