Job Summary
An aftermarket automotive accessories retailer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Contact Center Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing interactions comparing them to quality standards
- Interviewing, and selection of new sales agents, performance management and accountability
- Creating and executing incentives that motivate the sales agents
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years sales leadership experience in a heavy coaching, and results driven environment
- 4+ years call center leadership experience in a heavy coaching, and results driven environment
- Preferred experience effectively improving individual agent, and team performance in a sales environment
