Job Summary
A software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Liaise between Sales and Client Success teams to facilitate successful project handoffs
- Define actionable next steps for clients while involving, aligning and managing relevant stakeholders across teams
- Act as a key point of contact for potential clients
Position Requirements Include:
- Degree from an Accredited Institution
- Up to 2 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing customer success, account management
- Meticulously organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Enjoy collaborating with people to get work done, but know when to take ownership of a task
- Demonstrate a high level of accountability for both your work and the work of your team
- Have strong attention to detail and can spot and fix errors
