Remote Sales Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Creating sales opportunities for the Retail Sales team, the full-time Remote Sales Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls from customers seeking information about reverse mortgage programs and initiate outbound calls to potential clients, making over 100 dials per day while meeting defined production metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and initiate outbound calls to generate interest in reverse mortgage programs
• Qualify customers based on program guidelines and transfer interested clients to the sales team
• Update the Sales CRM with transaction notes and create follow-up appointments for potential customers

Required qualifications

• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and soft phone usage
• Customer service experience and a basic understanding of reverse mortgage products
• Knowledge of the mortgage industry
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Organized and performance-driven with excellent communication skills
