Job Summary
Connecting with customers through various communication channels, the full-time Remote Sales Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and meet sales objectives while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, addressing questions and concerns effectively
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues, escalating interactions when necessary
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting, providing feedback on call issues
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- General knowledge of Windows-based systems and comfort with desktop computer systems
