Job Summary

A cybersecurity company is seeking a Remote Sales Development Director in Denver.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Set processes and reporting for lead handling, prospecting, and handoff to account execs
  • Ensure sales accepted opportunities are sourced in accordance with company targets for all direct market segments
  • Design & create how SDRs &SDR Managers are compensated for all segments & experience levels, with an emphasis on quality

Position Requirements Include:

  • Demonstrated experience building and managing a sales/account development team in a fast-growing company
  • Comfortable working with reports, metrics, and dashboards to manage results
  • Curiosity and a drive for building and running successful go-to-market campaigns
  • Ability to work with sales and marketing leadership as a peer
  • Managed a team of at least 10 SDR/ADRs previously
