Job Summary
A cybersecurity company is seeking a Remote Sales Development Director in Denver.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Set processes and reporting for lead handling, prospecting, and handoff to account execs
- Ensure sales accepted opportunities are sourced in accordance with company targets for all direct market segments
- Design & create how SDRs &SDR Managers are compensated for all segments & experience levels, with an emphasis on quality
Position Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated experience building and managing a sales/account development team in a fast-growing company
- Comfortable working with reports, metrics, and dashboards to manage results
- Curiosity and a drive for building and running successful go-to-market campaigns
- Ability to work with sales and marketing leadership as a peer
- Managed a team of at least 10 SDR/ADRs previously
