Job Summary
A software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Development Operations Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as the first line of support for process questions from SDRs and their managers
- Building and maintaining reports on individual and team performance against quota
- Designing and conducting User Acceptance Testing to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience with enterprise software and/or SaaS GTM/Marketing operations
- 5+ years of experience in sales development leadership / marketing ops / sales ops/enablement
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Can articulate the inputs that SDRs need to be productive from an enablement perspective
