Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to provided warm leads
• Gather information to create customer profiles and maintain the CRM
• Transfer hot leads to the Sales teams while representing the company positively

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• No experience is required
• High school student or equivalent education level
• Ability to make 500+ outbound calls daily
• Willingness to participate in regular training and coaching
• Strong desire to connect with customers and understand their needs
