Job Summary

A human resource software company has an open position for a Remote Sales Development Representative in Chicago.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Meeting/exceeding a quota of sales opportunities
  • Promoting a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
  • Converting leads/target prospects for strategic accounts and securing introductory meeting

Qualifications Include:

  • 2-3 years experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales
  • Resourceful in finding, building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers
  • Understanding of a variety of strategies for prospecting
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptionally strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
