Job Summary
A global professional services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Development Representative in Fort Washington.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with our prospects to assist the digital experience of rating, quoting and binding directly on our online platform
- Manage the day-to-day service levels for inbound/outbound telephone activity, chat functions and email correspondence
- Follow up on prospect inquiries supporting multiple Company products
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School required, Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Customer service and sales experience preferred, especially in a call center environment
- Demonstrated basic computer literacy
- Strong ability to communication via email and phone
- Ability to build strong relationships, initiate action and adjust to change are key attributes to this role
- Demonstrated creative problem solver with strong analytical skills; self-motivated; excellent communication skills
