Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Sales Development Representative Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing Region level strategy around target prioritization and reporting in Salesforce.com
- Becoming an expert at initial engagements with prospective practices
- Identifying areas of opportunity for training and content development
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of sales experience
- Understand and experience with full-cycle sales processes
- Proven mastery of delivering a value proposition with a focus on tailoring to key persona types
- Working knowledge of CRM and Outreach tools, preferably Salesforce.com and/or Outreach.io
- Understand the needs of our prospects - keeping relevant issues at the forefront of your coaching to the team
- Experience working with CRM and other technology platforms to track opportunities and scale performance
