Job Summary
An information technology and services company is filling a position for a Remote Sales Development Representative Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and supporting a rapidly growing team of SDRs
- Supporting the growth of the SDR team through recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding
- Developing and holingd regular training sessions focused on cold-calling, messaging, prospecting, and objection handling
Qualifications for this position include:
- You have 2+ years of sales development management experience
- You have experience managing inbound lead flow through Salesforce
