Job Summary
Leading the sales function, the full-time Remote Sales Director will manage and coach both internal and outsourced sales representatives while closing strategic B2B deals in lead generation and marketing services.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, train, coach, and manage full-cycle sales representatives for both internal teams and client accounts
- Build and refine sales playbooks, scripts, and outreach sequences to ensure consistent revenue generation
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews, manage forecasting, and report on performance against sales targets
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2 years in a player-coach role leading sales teams
- Direct experience in selling or managing teams focused on lead generation services and marketing services
- Proven track record of scaling sales team performance and achieving revenue targets
- Experience managing sales representatives across multiple client accounts
- Ability to build sales playbooks and conduct accurate forecasting while closing complex deals
