Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Sales Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Determining annual unit and gross-profit plans
  • Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
  • Maintaining national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

Qualifications Include:

  • Has successfully implemented and managed sales as a process
  • Expert understanding of and experience in sales as a process
  • A proven track record of holding his subordinates accountable
  • Excellent business and negotiation skills and experience
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
