Job Summary

A packaged goods company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, direct and motivate a combination of direct sales manager(s) and food brokers
  • Ensure business objectives are achieved while always seeking opportunities to drive growth
  • Develop, plan, and implement strategic selling plans

Position Requirements Include:

  • Willingness to travel
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-7 years consumer packaged goods experience
  • High level of proficiency in working directly with Senior Level Management
  • Strong and proven leadership skills
  • Experience building, managing and mentoring a large, dedicated team
