Job Summary
A real-time communication company is in need of a Remote Sales Director.
Must be able to:
- Establish sales targets to meet the company objectives and hit sales goals
- Direct implementation and execution of sales policies and practices
- Develop annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives
Position Requirements Include:
- 8+ years of technical solutions selling experience and 2+ years in sales leadership and management;
- Experience in defining goals and processes that drive net new business results within the SMB and Mid-Market space
- Ability to evaluate teams, develop and reshape them as necessary
- Experience with need finding, value-based sales process, building ROI as part of your sales methodology
- A solid understanding of selling cloud, APIs, SDKs, communication tools, CPaaS
