A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Sales Director in Dallas.

Must be able to:

  • Empower Account Executives through strategic planning sessions, accountability and execution
  • Hire and ramp 2-3 more Account Executives
  • Cultivate a team of Account Executives that see consistent month-over-month success

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Have worked at a Series Seed - Series C SaaS company that experienced rapid growth
  • Track record of driving results and developing your team
  • Strong philosophical emphasis on coaching and professional development of your reps
  • Extremely comfortable playing the executive role in outside sales meetings
