A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Sales Director in Dallas.
Must be able to:
- Empower Account Executives through strategic planning sessions, accountability and execution
- Hire and ramp 2-3 more Account Executives
- Cultivate a team of Account Executives that see consistent month-over-month success
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Have worked at a Series Seed - Series C SaaS company that experienced rapid growth
- Track record of driving results and developing your team
- Strong philosophical emphasis on coaching and professional development of your reps
- Extremely comfortable playing the executive role in outside sales meetings
