Job Summary
A chemical and petrochemical company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Effectiveness Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborating with the sales team and people team to help develop sales incentive plans
- Ensuring accurate and timely bonus payouts to the Global Sales Team
- Partnering closely with the Sales Team with setting annual targets (quotas) for the existing sales team
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years experience in accounting or financial analysis
- Detail oriented. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain day to day tasks while managing longer team projects with interim deadlines
