Job Summary

A chemical and petrochemical company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Effectiveness Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Collaborating with the sales team and people team to help develop sales incentive plans
  • Ensuring accurate and timely bonus payouts to the Global Sales Team
  • Partnering closely with the Sales Team with setting annual targets (quotas) for the existing sales team

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years experience in accounting or financial analysis
  • Detail oriented. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain day to day tasks while managing longer team projects with interim deadlines
