Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Enablement and Readiness Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Perform detailed needs assessments in collaboration with various stakeholders within the organization
• Develop and provide supplemental role-specific onboarding programs designed for new hires
• Build and delivers sales assets and training to enable sales teams to identify and support opportunities

Required Skills:

• BS/BA Degree or equivalent
• 7+ years of a combination of relevant experience serving sales and business development organizations
• 3+ years of program management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional presentation skills
