Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Enablement COMM and MM Leader.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Building a healthy pipeline across all segments of the business
- Continually improve enablement efforts by gathering feedback from new and current Sales Reps
- Drive knowledge and skill development to all sales stakeholders
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience working with learning management systems and content management systems
- Experience working with selling tools like LinkedIn Navigator, Outreach, etc
- In depth knowledge of Salesforce (Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, etc)
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing
- Project management and problem solving skills
- Ability to motivate, teach, empower, and inspire
