A developer of malware protection software needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Enablement Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Owning, architecting and delivering training for the global sales organization
  • Measuring and evaluating training effectiveness for all lines of business
  • Creating and deploying onboarding program for new sales staff that shorten the ramp time to productivity

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5-10 years of B2B experience in a sales enablement leadership role
  • 10+ years global experience in Sales, Field, or Marketing roles
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and delivering training programs
  • Proven experience creating and deploying successful onboarding plans within sales organizations
  • Understanding of recent trends and developments in sales enablement
  • Experience with both high-touch, enterprise sales cycles and low-touch SMB sales cycles
