Job Summary

A privately-held technology-focused private equity fund and investment company is seeking a Remote Sales Enablement Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing development, delivery & training of effective sales playbooks by Field Sales roles in tight collaboration with Field Sales
  • Creating and updating playbooks based on seller feedback and shifting market demands
  • Delivering development program for frontline managers to ensure they have skills, knowledge & tools required to lead sales teams

Qualifications Include:

  • Proven B2B enterprise sales experience throughout your career would be an asset but is not essential
  • Demonstrable sales enablement/sales training experience ideally within global high tech B2B organization
  • Proficiency with Enterprise Sales methodologies & key sales enablement skills such as value selling, sales process, sales coaching, etc
  • Excellent presentation skills (oral and written), as well as ability to motivate, teach, empower, and inspire
