A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Enablement Director in Golden.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering with sales leadership to vet and drive the sales enablement strategy
- Building, developing and delivering consultative based selling training to the sales team
- Creating an onboarding sales program for new hires
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-3+ years of experience driving sales training and broader Sales Enablement programs
- 3-4+ years enterprise sales experience
- Highly proficient at building strong, lasting relationships with senior level sales managers
- Excels in execution, establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines
