Job Summary
A customer experience platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Enablement Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partnering with sales, pre- sales, and channel leadership to identify and prioritize technical focused enablement needs
- Collaborating with enablement and SE teams to design, implement, deliver, and operationalize required advanced product related enablement programs for internal and external learners
- Programming format includes eLearning, webinar, experiential exercises, workshops, classroom-based delivery, and product demonstrations as required
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- 3+ years direct SaaS sales, customer success or solution engineering experience
- Polished and impactful presenter
- Partner with Senior Sales Enablement Engineer to impact Product Training, Sales Training and Partner Training
- Assist in development of content focused on all training areas
- Combination of technical and sales/customer success acumen
