Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Sales Enablement Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Equip our reps with effective training, coaching, assets, processes, practices, and tools throughout the sales process
  • Onboard new sales hires to ensure they are set up for success
  • Facilitate and manage a sales curriculum redesign

Required Skills:

  • Experience organizing and running training programs – including in person, LMS, and developing training manuals
  • Must have curriculum redesign experience
  • Agile innovator who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Data driven – must be able to evaluate the results of training initiatives in order to improve future iterations
  • Very organized and can handle complex training logistics
  • Basic understanding of the sales process
