Job Summary
A retail software developer. is filling a position for a Remote Sales Enablement Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing, executing, assessing, and optimizing sales enablement materials
- Tailor messaging and narratives to resonate with different personas at various stages of the buyer’s journey
- Creating documentation, organization, and clarity around what content is available to the sales org
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales, enablement, learning and development, or similar role
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, visual, written, and presentation) with an eye for quality, accuracy, and brand cohesion
- An understanding of the sales environment and acumen
- Experience with enablement and coaching tools and platforms as well as learning management systems
- Strong time and project management skills and attention to detail
- Experience and comfortability working successfully with diverse departments and groups of people
