Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Enablement Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Planning and facilitating annual Sales Kickoffs, and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Engaging newly hired sales employees through onboarding program
- Managing various enablement projects and coordinate all Go-to-Market enablement activities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Five years of progressive sales enablement, marketing, or operations experience preferably in the SaaS software space
- Enjoy identifying areas for improvement and providing solutions to solve them
- Deep understanding of enterprise technology sales methodologies and the challenges
- Thrive in an evolving environment, where you are key to providing structure
- Ability to work through ambiguity and prioritize work based on business value
- Details matter to you, but always in the context of the bigger picture (don’t lose sight of the forest through the trees)
