Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Enablement Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Planning and facilitating annual Sales Kickoffs, and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Engaging newly hired sales employees through onboarding program
  • Managing various enablement projects and coordinate all Go-to-Market enablement activities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Five years of progressive sales enablement, marketing, or operations experience preferably in the SaaS software space
  • Enjoy identifying areas for improvement and providing solutions to solve them
  • Deep understanding of enterprise technology sales methodologies and the challenges
  • Thrive in an evolving environment, where you are key to providing structure
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and prioritize work based on business value
  • Details matter to you, but always in the context of the bigger picture (don’t lose sight of the forest through the trees)
