Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote Sales Enablement Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build a training and enablement function to support aworld-class sales team
- Plan and lead core sales enablement sessions for our entire sales team
- Track the results of enablement initiatives and iterate to continually improve
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience leading sales enablement in a SaaS environment
- Knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies for sales enablement, and more
- 1-2x per year we will gather in-person as a company; as teams we gather another 1-2x per year
- Can collaborate through Slack, Zoom, Notion, and Google Workspace
- The ability to see problems and identify solutions
- Demonstrated and measurable experience improving the productivity and efficiency of Sales Management
