A company that delivers results-driven managed security services has a current position open for a Remote Sales Enablement Program Manager in Tampa.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing, executing and maintaining the new hire sales onboarding program
- Building world-class training curriculum for sales team
- Developing and delivering compelling training material with Subject Matter Experts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Four-year BS or BA degree
- 5+ years of proven experience working cross-functionally in a matrix-oriented environment with Sales
- Experience in curriculum development, training and delivery
- Strong, persuasive speaking skills will an ability to influence at all levels
- Relationship builder
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
