Job Summary

An education technology company has an open position for a Remote Sales Enablement Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing team and programs to make a quantifiable impact on key Sales metrics
  • Executing in support of the fiscal year plan
  • Leading, managing and improving on the sales job aids and tools, including content curation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years directly managing people
  • Strong organizational skills, planning, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required
  • Experience enabling Sales and experience with Marketing organizations working with and supporting Sales efforts
  • Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Highly computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS office and web based systems
