Job Summary
An education technology company has an open position for a Remote Sales Enablement Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing team and programs to make a quantifiable impact on key Sales metrics
- Executing in support of the fiscal year plan
- Leading, managing and improving on the sales job aids and tools, including content curation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years directly managing people
- Strong organizational skills, planning, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required
- Experience enabling Sales and experience with Marketing organizations working with and supporting Sales efforts
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities
- Highly computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS office and web based systems
