Job Summary
A professional solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Enablement Senior Manager.
Must be able to:
- Lead large scale learning and development projects for the sales and operations organization
- Manage the department's new hire and ongoing training programs
- Implement and measure ongoing coaching and QA processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 7+ years of learning and development experience
- Expertise in adult learning theory and ADDIE model
- Experience designing and/or delivering sales and leadership training
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with virtual facilitation experience
- Possess strong content writing ability, creativity, attention to detail and excellent proofing and editing skills
