A department store chain has a current position open for a Remote Sales Enablement Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Managing and leading a team of 3+ Sales Enablement Managers
Developing and implement strategy for case study development
Building and maintaining external research hub with market insights

Skills and Requirements Include:

4-year or advanced degree in a relevant field
6+ years of experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, Digital Media Sales, Merchndising, and more
2+ years with people management experience
Proven ability to influence and communicate complex ideas effectively
Competent in project management; has the ability to manage deadlines
May travel to HQ up to 4 times a year
