A department store chain has a current position open for a Remote Sales Enablement Senior Manager.

• Managing and leading a team of 3+ Sales Enablement Managers
• Developing and implement strategy for case study development
• Building and maintaining external research hub with market insights

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 4-year or advanced degree in a relevant field
• 6+ years of experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, Digital Media Sales, Merchndising, and more
• 2+ years with people management experience
• Proven ability to influence and communicate complex ideas effectively
• Competent in project management; has the ability to manage deadlines
• May travel to HQ up to 4 times a year
