- Managing and leading a team of 3+ Sales Enablement Managers
- Developing and implement strategy for case study development
- Building and maintaining external research hub with market insights
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4-year or advanced degree in a relevant field
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, Digital Media Sales, Merchndising, and more
- 2+ years with people management experience
- Proven ability to influence and communicate complex ideas effectively
- Competent in project management; has the ability to manage deadlines
- May travel to HQ up to 4 times a year
