Job Summary

A telecommunications service provider has an open position for a Remote Sales Enablement Trainer.

Must be able to:

  • Deliver onboarding programs comprised live training, self-paced learning
  • Train managers and sellers on sales tools, reports
  • Manage new hire onboarding scheduling and support the design, creation, organization

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum 5+ years experience training and coaching sales at the rep, manager and director level
  • Proven presentation skills and ability to communicate with learners at all levels and stages of their development
  • Proven ability to drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skill gaps across the field team
  • Effectively manage internal relationships and work effectively across the business
