Job Summary
A telecommunications service provider has an open position for a Remote Sales Enablement Trainer.
Must be able to:
- Deliver onboarding programs comprised live training, self-paced learning
- Train managers and sellers on sales tools, reports
- Manage new hire onboarding scheduling and support the design, creation, organization
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5+ years experience training and coaching sales at the rep, manager and director level
- Proven presentation skills and ability to communicate with learners at all levels and stages of their development
- Proven ability to drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skill gaps across the field team
- Effectively manage internal relationships and work effectively across the business
