Job Summary

Bridging client needs with technical solutions, the full-time Remote Sales Engineer will lead discovery conversations, assess client infrastructure, and design tailored managed services solutions while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead discovery conversations with clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements
  • Assess and document clients' existing infrastructure and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities
  • Design and deliver compelling solution proposals that align with client needs and long-term goals
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field preferred
  • 5+ years of technical support experience in an MSP environment required
  • 2-3 years of Sales Engineer experience or equivalent solutions-focused technical role
  • Strong knowledge of desktop and server operating systems and networking concepts
  • Extensive experience designing cloud solutions such as O365 and Azure
