Job Summary
A California-based IT development organization has a current position open for a Remote Sales Engineering Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the development of departmental processes
- Building, leading, and growing the global Sales Engineering discipline
- Reporting planning, progress, and achievements on a regular basis
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years experience leading a successful presales and/or services organization in Enterprise Software
- Prior experience building, leading and motivating highly collaborative teams of experienced consultants and/or pre-sales engineers
- B.S. degree
- Experience balancing multiple customers while getting results quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - proven client facing skills
- Significant Fortune 500 Customer facing experience
