A software company is in need of a Remote Sales Engineering Senior Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting hiring managers with the identification, sourcing and closing diverse, top tier talent
- Working closely with cross-functional teams
- Proactively reviewing business needs and help hiring managers think holistically about talent solutions across the business
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience supporting Go-To market skill sets including sales, pre-sales, professional services and/or customer success
- Exceptional sourcing skills, engaging and attracting passive candidates
- Proven track record of building relationships with internal executives and acting as trusted advisor
- Ability to thrive in a learning environment, embrace new ideas and problem solve unaided
- Knowledge within the data management, database, business intelligence and cloud computing space ideal
