A software consulting and development firm has a current position open for a Remote Sales Excellence and Enablement Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop, lead and champion “Problem-Centric” Sales Motion
- Help craft and implement a Sales Leveling and career progression framework
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years in Sales, Enablement, or Sales Operations (or related field)
- Prior experience in Unicorn-level or high-growth technology company
- Extensive CRM expertise, ideally within SFDC ecosystem
