[A] uses content technology to equip clients to deliver next-level customer experiences. As one of the team spearheads you will be an initiator, listener, solution communicator, and deal closer.

As Account Director, you will build and grow client relationships, consult on business challenges, write and present proposals, close deals, and grow our work at existing clients. To succeed in this role, you'll be gifted at understanding the obstacles and challenges our clients face at the intersection of business, content, and technology. Your value lies not only in your consultative sales experience but also in your strong ability to work in a technical environment. Familiarity with Content Management, Customer Experience Management, Digital Asset Management, and other related enterprise systems are a bonus, but a fast learner with an analytical mind and helpful disposition will also succeed quickly.

This is a remote role that can be handled from anywhere in North America with 90 minute access to a major airport.

What you'll be doing:

Generate new business and continually advance the sales pipeline.
Drive new business within current accounts.
Work with a heavy lead flow to qualify new opportunities.
Track opportunities and actions in the CRM.
Consult with clients at a detailed level about their technical challenges and how [A] can solve them.
Consult and integrate with internal subject matter experts in solution scoping.
Cross-sell technical strategy, consulting and implementation services.
Serve as trusted advisor and coordinator of relevant team SMEs.
Plan, build, and submit proposals, statements of work, and strategic account plans.
Provide clean account transition to delivery until all production rhythms are running full-steam.
Own account planning and reviews.
Act as lead of all client-facing roles for farming and hunting.
